Time or childbearing and breastfeeding cause your breasts to sag; there is also excess skin and mammary reduction. This process can be changed only by surgery.
Childbearing and breastfeeding influence breasts negatively. If a woman plans to have a baby soon, it will be better to postpone the surgery. It is possible to choose from various operative procedures according to the level of the sag. The easiest variant is “mere” up lifting of the areola with the scar in the vicinity of the nipple. Another possibility is remodelling with the vertical scar, when the excess skin is removed. The next variant is classic skin, fatty tissue, and mammary reduction and remodelling for achieving the optimal shape. If the breasts are too big, the fatty tissue and mammary can be reduced for 1 000 g.
The perfect shape can be achieved at the cost of the scars that heal very well in most patients and they become less and less visible during the year.
The surgery is performed under a general anaesthetic and lasts 1 to 3 hours depending on the extent of surgery.
The patient has to stay in hospital for 3 days. The drains are removed on the second or third day after the surgery. The whole convalescence lasts about 14 days, when the stitches are removed.
